Shipping and Delays:
Any shipping date provided by the Company or its representatives is an estimate only, and the actual shipping date for any accepted order can vary from the date provided. The actual shipping date will depend on a variety of factors including manufacturing schedule, and the dates of your order, your completed order, and when we accept your completed order. Commencement of shipping is subject to change without notice to you. We list shipping charges for each country on our website, and you are responsible to pay all shipping charges to the address you provide. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction. If shipping costs are determined to be higher than the shipping costs assessed at the time of purchase, the Company may, in its sole discretion, require you to pay additional shipping fees or cancel your purchase.
You can return your Tap (the “Product”) for a full refund, less return shipping costs, for any reason by notifying us of your return request no later than 30 days following the date of purchase (the “Cancellation Period”).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once the Cancellation Period has ended. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any promotional merchandise or other material supplied with the Product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, an RMA number and your return-shipping address. To receive an RMA number, please contact email@example.com. You must return your Product within 14 days following the day on which you receive your RMA number.
(For international customers: in the event that you refuse to take delivery of your purchased Product due to non-payment of duties and/or taxes (and/or similar charges), you will be held responsible for the shipping and handling costs relating to the delivery (both ways) of the Product. Tap will deduct the shipping and handling costs from any refund due to you.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned Product. The refund will be made either in the form of: (i) a credit to be applied to your credit card, or (ii) your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Transfer of Risk and Title:
Risk of loss of the Equipment passes to you upon the Company’s delivery of the Equipment to a carrier, and you are responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment from that point forward. Claims against a carrier for damage during shipping are your responsibility.
